CatLadyBox ships near the end of each month. We ship between the 22nd and 26th. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email to the email you subscribed with when your box goes out. It will have a tracking link so you can watch your box on its way to you!

Each month you'll receive a fabulous box with two or three different hand-selected cat-themed items delivered to your door. Choose from the regular CatLadyBox (items just for you) or the Crazy CatLadyBox (items for you, plus things for your kitty too!). The total retail value of the items will always be much more than what you pay. All plans auto-renew each month on the 6th until you cancel, which you can do at anytime before that.

*The cutoff date for February is the 18th at 7 p.m., unless it sells out first.**
The cutoff day to order for each month's box is at 7 p.m. EST on either the 19th if the month has 30 days or the 20th if the month has 31 days. If you order before the cutoff time, we'll ship you that month's box. If you order after that date, your first box will be next month's.

Each month, our team scours the web, art galleries, boutique shops, craft festivals, independent artist sites and more for cat-themed items you won't find anywhere else. We also often commission exclusive designs and products you can't find anywhere else!

Yes! Making a difference and helping cats is core to CatLadyBox's mission. We are passionate about helping save cats, so we are proud to donate generously to cat rescues and organizations each month. Every now and then, we'll send out a survey asking for member suggestions for which rescue to support -- we know there are tons of them out there that we don't know about, and we want to help as many as we can!

YES! CatLadyBox makes the purrfect cat lady gift! To give as a gift, simply choose "Give a Gift" on the homepage and select the option you'd like to give. You can give 1, 3, or 6 months. Gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase and do not autorenew.

When you order the gift subscription, you'll choose the date you'd like us to send them their gift voucher email. You can include a personalized note in this email. When they get the gift voucher email, it'll include a link for them to click on to claim their gift. We'll ask for their shipping address and shirt size then, so you don't need to know that when you order. Once they claim their gift, they'll get the next upcoming CatLadyBox!


Please note: The date you choose is the date their gift voucher email will be sent to them, not the date their first CatLadyBox will be sent. We don't send them a box until they claim their gift.

Of course! But why would you want to? :(  You can cancel anytime before your next shipment is rebilled. To cancel, log in to your account or contact us at [email protected]. We rebill each month on the 6th, so be sure to make any changes by the 5th of the month. After we rebill, your order is locked in for the month.

Please note: Canceling your subscription does not refund past charges. Canceling makes it so you do not get charged any more in the future and your subscription will not renew. If you ordered something by accident, please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you.

We are currently set up with a “Skip a Renewal” option. If you signed up as month-to-month, then you can log in to your account and choose Edit your subscription, then Skip a Renewal at the top of that page. Your next renewal will be skipped. If you signed up for a 3-month or 6-month plan, Skip a Renewal will skip the entire next renewal, not just one month. Email us at [email protected] if you have questions here.

The most common answer to this is that you canceled after your subscription was already renewed for the month on the 6th. We automatically rebill on the 6th, and if you were already charged for this month’s box before you canceled, this is a box you already paid for. Since you canceled after that rebill, it takes effect for the next month, so this will be your last box.

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns at this time. But we DO want you to be happy, so if you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we'll do whatever we can to put a smile on your face! We'll also send out surveys and ask for your feedback often so we make sure we're on the right track. We appreciate your help  (in advance) with those!

Shipping is FREE within the contiguous United States, and only $6.95 a month to our U.S. friends outside of the 48 states or to Canada! New -- We now also offer shipping to the United Kingdom for $12.95. Me-WOW! We'll be adding other international shipping options soon, so check back!

Your subscription auto renews on the 6th of each month. We’ll automatically charge the billing method you have on file and renew you for another month. Once your plan rebills, you are locked in for that box.

When you order your CatLadyBox subscription, you get to choose your shirt size. The shirts are ladies size fit. See our size chart here. You can change this at anytime by logging in to your Account page or by contacting us at [email protected].

Yay! We love upgrades! If you chose a month-to-month plan, simply log in to your account and click Edit under your subscription. You can upgrade or downgrade here. If you chose a 3-month or 6-month plan and want to upgrade in the middle of that, please email us at [email protected] and we will help you do it on our side!
